RMI Connect, a unique, virtual forum focused on helping project-based service delivery teams with improving Resource and Workforce Management Maturity, will be run virtually in two mini-events and will explore best practices, tips, and techniques to Accelerate Resource Management Maturity. This third annual RMI Connect event, being held October 4 and October 6, will continue to build on the benefits of ‘connecting’ with your industry peers and process and technology experts.

The theme for RMI Connect 2022 is Accelerate Resource Management Maturity: Enabling the Right Person in the Right Place at the Right Time. The theme recognizes the growing need for developing better capabilities to consistently align demand for work with the proper resources to do that work.

RMI Connect will continue to include participation from PSA/PPM/RPM vendors with solutions for resource, workforce, and project management. RMI Connect content is relevant to any project-based service delivery organization and specifically targeted to participants serving external customers (e.g. Professional/Consulting Services, Marketing and Creative Agencies, and Accounting, Audit, Tax and Advisory firms ) and internal customers (Enterprise/IT and Product Development).
