DESCRIPTION:

According to a recent Gallup poll, over 70% of American workers are “Not Engaged” or are “Actively Disengaged” in their workplace.  Gallup continues to test this poll, and it has remained amazingly consistent over the last several years.  The truth is that individuals in the workplace are increasingly unfulfilled, uninspired, and lack a sense of purpose in their jobs, so they “disengage.”  While those in resource management know how important our work is, we’re not immune to feeling underappreciated, discouraged, and disconnected.  How do we overcome those challenging feelings, both for ourselves, and for our teams?  In this session, we will explore how our personal purpose, what our speaker calls our “Noble Why,” can reframe our situations, or help to create new ones!

SPEAKERS: Wil Davis, Founder and Principal, Noble Why
