Resource Management
Global Symposium

Learn. Collaborate. Innovate.

The fourth annual Resource Management Global Symposium, being held April 20 – 21, 2023 in Dallas, Texas, builds on the foundations made during the Symposiums in 2018, 2019, and 2022. A rapidly changing labor market and uncertain industry conditions, in addition to continued pressure for delivering high quality and cost-effective services and products, make getting the right person with the right skills in the right place at the right time essential. The fourth annual Symposium provides opportunities to:

Learn both fundamentals and advanced practices in Resource and Workforce Management

Collaborate with industry peers, RM/WFM process experts and service automation technology providers

Innovate with the very latest in RM/WFM research, best practices, and technology

Our theme for the 2023 Symposium is Unlocking a World of Resource Management Opportunities. The theme recognizes the growing industry maturity and acceptance of good RM and WFM discipline, and the many competitive advantages that can be unlocked with improving the ability of your enterprise to get the right person in the right place at the right time. The 2023 Symposium will be expanded and enhanced with more content choices, advanced topics for more experienced RM/WFM professionals, new content focused on the business management functions which benefit from better RM/WFM, and expanded networking opportunities with industry peers. The Symposium will also highlight digital resource management transformation and include participation from PSA/PPM/RPM vendors with digital solutions for resource, workforce, and project management. Symposium content will be relevant to any project-based service delivery organization and specifically targeted participants serving external customers (e.g. Professional/Consulting Services, Marketing and Creative Agencies, Accounting, Audit, Tax and Advisory firms, and Law Firms) and those serving internal customers (Enterprise/IT and Product Development).
