RMGS is the premier annual educational conference dedicated to professionals in resource and workforce management. Together, these focus areas emphasized the importance of building consistent and scalable RM practices, advancing Resource Management as a recognized and strategic profession, and leveraging data, technology, and emerging AI capabilities to drive smarter, faster decision-making. RMGS 2026 delivered expanded content options, deeper and more advanced sessions for experienced RM and WFM professionals, enhanced networking opportunities, and practical insights to help attendees lead in this new age.
