Randy is Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Acknowledged by industry sources as an expert in Global Resource Management, Randy is the author and innovator of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the disciplines of resource management and workforce management are central to his latest role leading the RMI. Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Bob Blackburn is the Director of the Enterprise PMO at Henny Penny Corporation where he has centralized the Project and Resource Management functions for Product Development, Enterprise IT, and Operations. He currently leads the implementation of Resource Management in the New Product Development and Engineering organizations. Bob has more than 15 years of hands-on project management experience in organizations of various sizes and has led complex business projects as well as the development of PMOs in various companies. Bob holds an MBA from Wright State University and a BS in Decision Science from Miami University. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, he earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Ryan Childers

Ryan is the Training Practice Leader for RTM Consulting with 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, delivery and management in technology services. He has led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, custom development and managed services. He also shares his deep knowledge in Resource Management as a master instructor for the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Ryan holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and BS in Management from Ball State University.

Since joining VMware in 2010, she has been exceptionally focused on resource management and developing processes to drive unification across the globe.

Nick Cochran

Nick is a Principal Consultant with RTM Consulting where he shares his expertise with customers across the Consulting, Technology and Training practices. He also shares his deep Resource Management knowledge as a master instructor for the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Prior to RTM Consulting, he spent almost a decade in the technology services industry building a wide range of experiences in services strategy, operations, delivery, and Resource Management. Nick holds an MBA and a BA in Management from Anderson University.

Julie Grove

Julie Grove is the first Director of the Resource Management Office (RMO) start-up at Acorio. She is a professional services veteran with nearly 30 years of experience. Previously she served as the Resource Deployment Manager at Ellucian for 5 years. In addition to holding software consultant positions she started her career in K12 and Higher Education as a corporate recruiter, educational project leader, and Associate Director of Admissions for Operations at a medical university in Northeast Ohio. Julie holds an AS from Kent State University in Business and Technology, BA from Malone University in Business Management, MEd from Kent State University in Instructional Technology and is RMCP® certified.

Marc Lacroix

Marc is a Managing Partner of RTM Consulting with a proven track record in Services business optimization and delivery management in a variety of companies. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.

She has centralized and consolidated the Resource Management functions for the company, providing strategic planning to optimize the teams performance for in-house and professional services. With more than 13 years experience in advertising, strategy, planning and management in the digital industry, she understands the challenges and needs of Resource Management for the digital industry. Claudia holds an MBA in Marketing, an associate degree in Strategic Control of Organizational Management, and has an RMCP® certification.

Orlando Quesada

Orlando is a Capacity & Resource Planning Manager at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) where he supports the Enterprise IT organization. He has over 18 years of project, portfolio, and program management experience in the utilities and human resources industries. He has also worked extensively to help implement and increase adoption of the PPM tool across IT and standardize processes and best practices within the RMO. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, Orlando holds an MBA from Barry University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.

She joined Baker Tilly following a decade in Human Resources and Resource Management for global leaders in finance and professional services. Christine holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Fordham University, a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Bowling Green State University, and is RMCP® certified.

Christine has a background in serving as a tax professional as well as serving in a variety of internal client service functions including financial operations and resource management. Christine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®).

He currently oversees a first-class team who manage the allocation and redeployment of approximately 1000+ consultants worldwide, all while performing high-volume demand management and capacity planning responsibilities. Gary is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) and holds qualifications in Business Management & Psychology.

Molly is a resource capacity management professional currently consulting at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC, where she supports the product development and operations organizations. Molly specializes in the theory and application of topics such as skills inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and process governance in complex project environments. She received her resource management certification (RMCP®) from the Resource Management Institute in 2015. Prior to Upsher-Smith, Molly was part of the Portfolio Management Office for the Medtronic Restorative Therapies Group.
