Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Bob is the Project Delivery Manager for Henny Penny Corporation where he has centralized the Project and Resource Management functions for Enterprise IT, Facilities and Manufacturing. He currently leads the implementation of Resource Management in the New Product Development and Engineering organizations. Bob has more than 15 years of hands-on project management experience in organizations of various sizes and has led complex business projects as well as the development of PMOs in various companies. Bob holds an MBA from Wright State University and a BS in Decision Science from Miami University. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, he earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Ryan is the Training Practice Leader for RTM Consulting with over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, delivery and management in technology services. He has led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, custom development and managed services. He also shares his deep knowledge in Resource Management as a master instructor for the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Ryan holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and BS in Management from Ball State University.

Christine is a Resource Management leader with extensive experience managing distinct global RMO teams, developing talent management approaches for internal and external teams, and evolving the Resource Management processes to globally consistent and unified models. Christine partners with extended business units to drive meaningful changes resulting in streamlined, optimized business processes and overall efficiencies to resource management. Since joining VMware in 2010, she has been exceptionally focused on resource management and developing processes to drive unification across the globe.
Teresa CookResource Management Lead, AMER
Teresa is an RMCP® and Resource Management Lead at Guidewire Software. Over the past three years she has successfully allocated and redeployed a large onsite consulting team of 250+ people across the US. Teresa has 17 years’ experience in IT resource management, education and training. Since joining Guidewire she has balanced the importance of both demand and supply management, driving a “people focused” approach to allocation and redeployment in order to incorporate company, customer and consultant success. Her role focuses on oversight of Guidewire’s largest practice area and region, while more recently working with the Cloud team and leading the Resource Management transformation accordingly.

Marc holds an MBA from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida, and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.

Lisa is an RMCP® and Resource Management Lead at Guidewire Software. Over the past two and a half years she has successfully allocated and redeployed a large remote consulting team of over 160 people across multiple time zones and five office locations (Dublin, Exton, San Jose, Madrid & Kuala Lumpur), all with various restrictions, challenges and considerations. With over ten years Insurance Industry experience, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge that she now applies to the RM function and an Insurance Software provider. Her role focuses on the importance of effective communication in staffing to ensure employee engagement, satisfaction and retention. All while leading efforts within charity initiatives and sports and social programs that benefit all employees.
Claudia MorenoRMO Manager
Claudia is the RMO Manager at SweetRush, an e-Learning agency. She has centralized and consolidated the Resource Management functions for the company, providing strategic planning to optimize the teams performance for in-house and professional services. With more than 13 years experience in advertising, strategy, planning and management in the digital industry, she understands the challenges and needs of Resource Management for the digital industry. Claudia holds an MBA in Marketing, an associate degree in Strategic Control of Organizational Management, and has an RMCP® certification.
