Lance Kwasniewski

Lance joined Belcan in January 1998. He has over 30 years of leadership experience within the construction, industrial equipment, and services industries. Lance’s career with Belcan has spanned over 25 years of progressively increasing responsibility, advancing from business development, central services management, and general management to senior leadership positions across multiple business units, consistently driving and producing exceptional business outcomes. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), along with several other board positions. Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Program.

Martha Arias

Martha is a Sr. Director of Resource Management at JFF, a Nonprofit which drives transformation of the American workforce and Education systems to achieve equitable economic advancement for all. She has over 17 years of experience working in the areas of Project and Portfolio Management, Business Operations, as well as Resource Management. Across the past 8 years, Martha has been laser focused on Resource Management, launching three RMOs across the areas of IT , Product Development, and Nonprofit/Professional Services. In her current role, Martha oversees the Resource Management function for 200-300 resources. Martha is passionate about RM adoption strategies, including partnering with business partners to standardize processes, launching enabling technologies, displaying the benefits of resource planning and forecasting, and ensuring effective training to drive adoption. Alison has been working in Professional Services for almost 20 years, and has worked at two of the ‘Big Four’, in various operations and resourcing roles. Her most recent role was the Head of Resourcing at KPMG UK. Alison and her team were responsible for the successful deployment of all staff across audit and advisory. To give an idea of the scale of the role, in any given year they deployed 14k staff on around 1.6m projects, resulting in 25m chargeable hours. Ultimately, their job was to get the right people, on the right job, at the right time, and for the right price. Alison was also involved in the sourcing, selection and implementation of ProFinda at KPMG, and was so impressed by the tool and what it could do that she decided to jump on board! Now, her skills and experience are being utilized to inform product development and sharing best practices with clients implementing ProFinda.

Susanne Finger
