Ryan Childers is the Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute. With specific expertise in Global Resource Management, Ryan was an early adopter and implementer of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the resource management discipline is central to his role leading this important industry institute. Prior to leading the RMI, Ryan spent several years leading the Training practice at RTM Consulting, a role he maintains today, and as a consultant, helping clients accelerate growth and implement operational best practices, delivery methodologies and Just-in-Time Resourcing®.
Lance KwasniewskiChief Executive Officer
Lance joined Belcan in January 1998. He has over 30 years of leadership experience within the construction, industrial equipment, and services industries. Lance’s career with Belcan has spanned over 25 years of progressively increasing responsibility, advancing from business development, central services management, and general management to senior leadership positions across multiple business units, consistently driving and producing exceptional business outcomes. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), along with several other board positions. Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Program.

Randy is a Strategic Advisor of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Acknowledged by industry sources as an expert in Global Resource Management, Randy is the author and innovator of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the disciplines of resource management and workforce management are central to his latest role advising the RMI. Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Greg brings over 25 years of Enterprise Software Experience in a variety of industries in the Resource Management and Project and Portfolio Management market and currently serves as Vice President at ProSymmetry. At ProSymmetry, Greg oversees Tempus Resource global sales and works to ensures a successful transition and deployment with the Customer Success team. Prior to joining ProSymmetry in 2014, Greg was Founder and CEO of SharkPro Software a Microsoft 2012 Partner of the Year for PPM.

Aldo is the Director of Customer Success at Forecast, a leading technology company that specializes in providing AI-powered solutions for business forecasting and planning. With many years of experience in the technology industry, Aldo has a proven track record of successfully driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. His experience in change management spans multiple industries, and he has successfully led change initiatives for organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to large multinational corporations. Aldo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Manhattanville College in New York, and a Master’s of Science in Technology degree in Operations and Innovation Management from Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Christine partners with extended business units to provide strategic support and drive meaningful change, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Since joining VMware in 2010, amplifying the material value of Resource Management in Professional Services has been a driving force in her career.
Bill CornfieldPresident and CEO
Bill is the founder of WSG. In his current role he regularly consults with senior management of WSG’s clients regarding all aspects of their professional services organizations. Before starting WSG, Bill served as Vice President and Director of the Electronic Banking Division at Chemical Bank in New York. He was responsible for the development of the Pronto Home Banking System for Chemical and BankLink a corporate cash management system. Prior to joining Chemical, he was with Touche Ross & Co. where he was responsible for working with large clients performing systems reviews and analysis. He is a CPA, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
Alison DriscollResourcing SME
Alison has been working in Professional Services for almost 20 years, and has worked at two of the ‘Big Four’, in various operations and resourcing roles. Her most recent role was the Head of Resourcing at KPMG UK. Alison and her team were responsible for the successful deployment of all staff across audit and advisory. To give an idea of the scale of the role, in any given year they deployed 14k staff on around 1.6m projects, resulting in 25m chargeable hours. Ultimately, their job was to get the right people, on the right job, at the right time, and for the right price. Alison was also involved in the sourcing, selection and implementation of ProFinda at KPMG, and was so impressed by the tool and what it could do that she decided to jump on board! Now, her skills and experience are being utilized to inform product development and sharing best practices with clients implementing ProFinda.

Marc is a Managing Partner of RTM Consulting with a proven track record in Services business optimization and delivery management in a variety of companies. He manages all RTMC consulting projects for both Professional/Consulting services and Enterprise/IT operations while sharing his deep Resource Management experience as a master instructor for the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Mike is the IT Director Resource Management at The Cincinnati Insurance Company (CIC). As an insurance industry veteran with 21 years of experience, he previously served as an underwriter, project manager, program manager and group manager overseeing business analysts. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.

Wade is the Technology Practice Leader for RTM Consulting. Wade has a proven track record of helping organizations solve business problems using technology and has extensive experience in IT strategy, project and program management, and technology implementations. Wade joins RTM Consulting from MicroStrategy where he was Senior Director of IT and Enterprise Project Management Office. His professional experience also includes program management and consulting roles at IBM, PwC, Ernst & Young and EDS. Wade holds an MS in Management of Information Technology from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Louisiana State University.
RJ MilnorFounder and CEO, People Analytics Partners
RJ is a globally recognized thought leader and speaker on the future of work. He has, over the past 20 years, focused on improving the way Fortune 100 companies use data to design the employee experience and inform business decisions. Formerly the Global Head of People Analytics and Chief People Data Officer at Uber, RJ supported the people analytics and research team across Uber’s global businesses. Prior to Uber, RJ led the People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning functions at McKesson and Chevron, launched the Workforce Analytics practice at Equifax, and held various leadership positions at Corporate Executive Board. He started his career as an investment banker at Citigroup, where he first became fascinated by the link between talent strategies and business performance.

Kimberly, Director of Business Development for Virtual Networx, Inc., is a performance-driven, business professional and leader with over 20+ years’ experience. She is RMCP, PMP, and ITIL certified, has her MBA, and recently completed the Distinguished Women in Leadership certificate program through the University of Richmond. Kimberly’s experience spans project & program management, technical & resource management, business relationship management – inclusive of partner & partner resource management. Kimberly is passionate about employee engagement and enjoys providing career aspirational coaching & mentorship. Post completion of the curriculum, Kimberly recently joined the University of Richmond’s Advisory Board aligned to their Distinguished Women in Leadership Program. Over the course of 2016-2022; Kimberly was an Advisory Board Member for the Resource Management Institute. She resides in Virginia with her husband, three children and their two spoiled dogs. Outside of her career, Kimberly enjoys traveling and cooking.

In 2011, he sold eThority to Equifax where he led and scaled the business into a segment leader in the compliance arena. Mike graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and holds multiple technology patents related to the products and services produced by his companies. Mike is married with four children who also happen to be the best people he knows.

Christine is the Resource Management Leader for Baker Tilly, a top 10 CPA Advisory firm. In this role, she leads a team of talented Resource Managers based in cities throughout the US. Together, they bring the firm’s workforce planning strategy to life by driving organizational performance while enhancing the team member experience. She joined Baker Tilly following a decade in Human Resources and Resource Management for global leaders in finance and professional services. Christine holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Fordham University, a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Bowling Green State University, and is RMCP® certified.

Prior to joining her current firm, Christine spent a decade with a national accounting firm where she served as a tax professional as well as serving in a variety of internal client service functions including financial operations and capacity and resource management. In her current role, Christine is focused on building and leading a dedicated Resource Management team, providing strategic support in deploying talent across Assurance, Tax and Advisory practices. Christine holds a Master’s of Accounting from Kennesaw State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®).
