David has contributed significantly to creating RMOs for companies like Iron Mountain and Raytheon Technologies, and he has played a key role in solidifying and expanding RMOs with Conduent and Nutanix. Victoria Cullinane

Victoria is a Resource Manager with over 5 years of Resource Management experience in Professional Services organizations. Victoria joined the Certinia team in November 2022 as the first Resource Manager for the company. Victoria has established the global Resource Management process for Certinia and overseen its adoption.
As a member of the Customer Operations team, Victoria is responsible for enforcing best practices for resource management using Certinia tools, resource planning and allocation, utilization tracking, cross functional collaboration, and resource optimization.
Victoria has helped lead several key projects at Certinia, most notably the roll out of SCPQ, a Certinia estimation tool. Since the roll out of SCPQ, the team has gained insight into resource demand from zero days of opportunity closure to at least 40 days prior to opportunity closure, which has allowed the team to have better business discussions around capacity and demand for future state. Victoria has had the opportunity to meet 1:1 with multiple Certinia customers to discuss their resourcing processes and provide insight on how they can make the most out of their suite of Certinia tools including SCPQ and PSA for Resource Management.
When not working, Victoria enjoys playing Pickleball, taking Pilates classes, catching up on the latest television releases and sitting down with a good novel. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and long walks with her Great Dane, Neville.

Jody takes pride in leading a high-performing team, identifying teaching moments for development, collaborating with key stakeholders and the other essential partners to the business, and innovating processes that drive impactful results in efficient staffing, achieving utilization goals, and capacity planning.
Most recently, she has collaborated with the Tax and Assurance RM service line leaders to foster a data-driven decision-making culture, implement a firm wide skills database and standardize processes to drive efficiencies across the Resource Management Office (RMO).
