His passion for the resource management discipline is central to his role leading this important industry institute. Prior to leading the RMI, Ryan spent several years leading the Training practice at RTM Consulting, a role he maintains today, and as a consultant, helping clients accelerate growth and implement operational best practices, delivery methodologies and Just-in-Time Resourcing®. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Information Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Management from Ball State University.

Marc Lacroix

Heather Boss is a Resource Manager in Tax for RSM. She brings over 14 years of Resource Management experience. Heather has worked in both the Big 4 and Middle Market Firms. During that time, she has worked in Consulting as well as Audit and Tax. She has lead teams, helped establish RMO procedures as well as test and implement software for the RMO. Heather is also a people leader and truly enjoys this piece of her role. Developing talent and teaching them the day to day of Resource Management is a true passion. Heather has held her RMCP® certification since 2020.

Elaine Brady

Henny Penny

Elaine started her journey to resource management as a Project Manager for Henny Penny, an international foodservice equipment company. As the company’s Project Management Office was established and continued to grow and evolve, Elaine’s role evolved as well. She began focusing extensively on resource management, starting within the IT department and expanding to an enterprise-level. Currently, she is responsible for the oversight, administration, strategic support, and reporting of project-based resources across all departments and levels of the company. The work Elaine does ensures her company’s recently formed Enterprise Prioritization Team can make informed decisions regarding resourcing and execution of key projects throughout the organization.

Elaine holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, and is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®).

Dylan Brown

Dylan is the Associate Director of Resource Management for North America Work & Rewards at Willis Towers Watson (WTW). At WTW, he leads a team of Resource Managers who are responsible for assigning, developing, and retaining professional services colleagues. Dylan began his Resource Management career in 2011 building a Resource Management Office (RMO) for a professional services team in the enterprise software industry. He is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® with advanced degrees in the field of Human Resources.

Christine Clardy

Christine is an accomplished professional with over 14 years of experience in resource management, distinguished for her strategic leadership. She played a pivotal role in developing a centralized RM process and establishing a unified global resource management office in Professional Services. Collaborating with various business units, she provides targeted support to drive meaningful change and optimize business processes. Christine’s collaborative approach extends to global alignment, emphasizing her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Currently overseeing a team of 13 high-performing Resource Managers across multiple locations, including the United States, India, and Costa Rica, Christine has remained dedicated to amplifying the value of Resource Management in Professional Services since joining Broadcom in 2023.

David Cochran

David Cochran has three decades of experience optimizing the effective use of our most valuable asset, the workforce. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BSBA in Management and spent fifteen years in various consulting firms, primarily focusing in operations. Currently, he is pursuing his long-term passion of specializing in resource management. David has contributed significantly to creating RMOs for companies like Iron Mountain and Raytheon Technologies, and he has played a key role in solidifying and expanding RMOs with Conduent and Nutanix. His expertise extends across both enterprise/IT and professional service delivery organizations. Beyond his professional endeavors, David’s greatest success lies at home in an empty nest, where he and his wife Denna successfully managed the planning, allocations, and opportunities for seven children who’ve grown into outstanding young adults. 

Nick Cochran

Nick is a Director for the Resource Management Institute and brings over 15 years of experience in services strategy, operations, delivery, and management. He has led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, consulting, training development and delivery, and managed services. Nick was an early adopter of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions, was a student in the first-ever RMCP® class in 2014 and is now a lead instructor for the program. A frequent speaker at RMGS and other industry associations, Nick holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from Anderson University.

Bill Cornfield

Bill is the founder of WSG. In his current role he regularly consults with senior management of WSG’s clients regarding all aspects of their professional services organizations. Before starting WSG, Bill served as Vice President and Director of the Electronic Banking Division at Chemical Bank in New York. He was responsible for the development of the Pronto Home Banking System for Chemical and BankLink a corporate cash management system. Prior to joining Chemical, he was with Touche Ross & Co. where he was responsible for working with large clients performing systems reviews and analysis. He is a CPA, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Robert Dal Bianco

Rob is responsible for the Global Project and Resource Management Office for Diebold Nixdorf Professional Services.  With over 15 years in the Resource Management Industry, Rob was responsible for creating the Resource Management Office within Diebold Nixdorf US.  This successful implementation then expanded into Canada, LATAM and the rest of the regions around the world for Diebold Nixdorf which drove standardization, efficiencies and more accurate planning globally for the company.  He has over 35 years of IT and Professional Services experience supporting clients in Automotive and Banking. Rob holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Wayne State College.

Sean Doyle

Sean leads the Global Services Resource Management team at Hyland Software. He began his Professional Services career as a Solution Consultant implementing solutions primarily for Commercial and Financial Services customers 8 years ago. Sean was a founding member of Hyland’s Resource Management team in 2018. He became a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® and has helped implement the Just-in-Time Resourcing® model into practice. Sean currently leads a team of Resource Managers who are responsible for staffing all services engagements, managing capacity, and aiding in development and retention of about 400 billable resources. Sean has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from Nazareth University.

Alison Driscoll

Alison has been working in Professional Services for almost 20 years, and has worked at two of the ‘Big Four’, in various operations and resourcing roles. Her most recent role was the Head of Resourcing at KPMG UK. Alison and her team were responsible for the successful deployment of all staff across audit and advisory. To give an idea of the scale of the role, in any given year they deployed 14k staff on around 1.6m projects, resulting in 25m chargeable hours. Ultimately, their job was to get the right people, on the right job, at the right time, and for the right price. Alison was also involved in the sourcing, selection and implementation of ProFinda at KPMG, and was so impressed by the tool and what it could do that she decided to jump on board! Now, her skills and experience are being utilized to inform product development and sharing best practices with clients implementing ProFinda.

Susanne Finger

Susanne is a Sr. Resource Manager at PointClickCare, the leading healthcare technology platform that enables meaningful collaboration and access to real-time insights at all stages of a patient’s healthcare journey. She spent 6 years at PointClickCare as an Implementation Specialist and Practice Delivery Manager, where she acquired a deep knowledge of Professional Services and a realization of the importance for a Professional Services Organization to have a dedicated Resource Management Office. This experience ultimately led her into her current position, where she has spent two years leading the creation and development of the RMO for PointClickCare and continues guiding its maturity. Susanne has a bachelor’s degree in social science from Wayne State College, where she played on the Women’s basketball team. She also holds LPN, MCSE and RMCP certifications.

Vivi Gehan

Vivi Gehan has a combined 10+ years of experience in consulting and business operations experience both on the client-facing side as well as back-end operations. Her experience encompasses establishing business processes, KPIs, efficiencies, software implementation, inter-departmental collaboration, and services enhancements for client satisfaction and retention. 
 
Vivi graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Psychology. Her professional career ranges from in-house marketing automation expertise to marketing automation and e-commerce consulting agency client services and business operations executive leadership. 

Vivi currently resides in Seattle, Washington, where she spends her time with family, friends, and her pets, while avoiding the rain as best as possible. 

Greg Hensley

Greg is a Director for the Resource Management Institute and brings over 20 years of enterprise software leadership experience building professional service offers and delivery teams that span the healthcare, mortgage, and financial services markets. Prior to joining the RMI, Greg served as Resource Management Director at ICE Mortgage Technology where he developed the RMO and managed the resource partner network. He is now a lead instructor of the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Greg holds a Master’s in Information Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources and Information Technology Management from Ball State University.

Mckenzie Houston

Capacity and Capability Manager

Mckenzie Houston is the Capacity and Capabilities Manager for Compass, part of an AECOM joint venture. Under this role she is responsible for ensuring that the purpose, goals, and objectives of the Resource Management Office (RMO) are met. Mckenzie and her team recently launched a successful mentoring program within the joint venture to help staff build their network and expose them to more career opportunities.
Mckenzie is also a published researcher, who has worked with various stakeholders focusing on community engaged research, communications, and outreach. She developed a comprehensive outreach plan for collecting community stories, intended to influence state policy and legislation.
Mckenzie holds a Bachelor’s in Biology, a Master’s in Public Health, and is also a certified Resource Management Professional (RMCP®). She is currently located in Nashville, TN and can be reached at mkenzie.houston@aecom.com.

Beth Hunter

Before joining Rehmann, Beth spent a decade at a Big 4 firm, where she led resourcing for the Business Design practice of 260+ consultants across the US. Her role involved balancing pipeline demand with availability, strategically considering business needs, project preferences, individual working styles, diversity, and team dynamics. During her tenure, Beth achieved remarkable results, including 115% net full-time equivalent (FTE) growth, a 16% increase in utilization, and reduction in missed timesheets from ~10% to under1%!
 
Beth’s expertise extends to experience management, and she was featured on the Unboxing Humans [open.spotify.com] podcast with Danielle Boris. As a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)®, she brings her passion for people-first management to Rehmann, ensuring the firm continues to thrive by prioritizing its talented workforce, and champions “Empowerment drives success. Michael Lane

As an insurance industry veteran with 21 years of experience, he previously served as an underwriter, project manager, program manager and group manager overseeing business analysts. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.

Wade has a proven track record of helping organizations solve business problems using technology and has extensive experience in IT strategy, project and program management, and technology implementations. Wade joins RTM Consulting from MicroStrategy where he was Senior Director of IT and Enterprise Project Management Office. His professional experience also includes program management and consulting roles at IBM, PwC, Ernst & Young and EDS. Wade holds an MS in Management of Information Technology from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Louisiana State University.

Katy Mabbitt

Kristi Mitchell

Kristi is the Senior Resource and Partner Manager for Broadcom Mainframe Technical Consulting and leads Resource Management from a global process perspective.  She began her RM journey 14 years ago with the global development of RMO processes and procedures for Nimsoft.  Her passion for organizing people and processes as well as developing relationships makes her a great fit for the RM world.  Her journey has taken her to several companies through acquisitions.  From Nimsoft to CA Technologies and currently to Broadcom.  She is the RM Lead for 125+ internal resources and over 20 Service Partners. 

Angela Nichols

Angela Nichols grew up in Professional Services, starting as a project team member and graduating up through PS organizations through roles including Project Manager, Resource Manager, PS Operations Director and Head of Professional Services. She is PMP, RCMP and SMC certified and is well-versed in both Professional Services processes and technologies. She has implemented and administered multiple PSA platforms as well as established PMOs and RMOs for multiple organizations.

Lloyd Norman

Lloyd has over 30 years of experience delivering value in PMO leadership roles, as a managing partner in a technology professional services firm, and as a consultant with IBM.  Lloyd is an entrepreneurial leader who has consulted globally with clients representing a variety of industries including banking, aerospace, health care, DOD, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, and technology. Debra Olson

Desiree Peyman

Currently serving as the Resource Manager at LMI’s Management Advisory Services, Desiree oversees the career progression and deployment of over 850 employees, actively identifying opportunities for skill-aligned role transitions. A strategic leader, Desiree ensures the effective utilization of human resources, conducts operations reviews at the executive VP level, and provides insights for business growth. In previous roles at LMI and other prominent firms like Booz Allen Hamilton and SAIC/Leidos, Desiree played pivotal roles in talent management, leadership development, and national security initiatives, showcasing a comprehensive skill set that spans from training program design to implementation and evaluation.

Kristi Phelan

Kristi Phelan is the Resource Manager at Wolf & Company, P.C., a national CPA and business consulting firm based out of Boston, MA.   Kristi has been with Wolf & Company for over 20 years and has 17+ years of Resource Management experience.  In her current role, Kristi is focused on leading the formation and development of a dedicated Resource Management team.  Her vision is to strategically deploy both onshore and offshore talent across Audit, Tax and Risk Management services by aligning resources’ knowledge, skills, abilities and preferences.  Kristi has a passion for employee engagement and development, and how using RM data and skill-aligned assignments to achieve employee satisfaction & retention & growth.

Damen Proffitt

Christine Robinson

Christine began her RM journey at a Big 4 accounting firm, became Managing Director and Head of Resource Management at one of the world’s largest CPA Advisory firms, and served a term as a member of the Resource Management Institute’s Advisory Board. Recognized as a top leader in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 List for her performance and community contributions, Christine has steered national teams, instituted firmwide functions, and established international joint ventures.
 
As the visionary and Founder of Resource Management In The Wild, her mission is to empower others to successfully navigate resource allocation. Jamie Skuse

Jamie leads the Product team at Retain International, where he collaborates closely with the Resource Management community to innovate and shape the future of their Resource Management software products.  With over two decades of experience in the professional services sector, Jamie has honed a significant focus on resource planning, particularly for large-scale consultancy projects and managed service contracts.  Outside of work, Jamie is an avid walker who cherishes time spent with family and friends. He also indulges in his passion for LEGO as an AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO).

Ligia Vail is a Certified Resource Management Leader with over 16 years of experience in HR, including 10 years of exclusive work in the RM space with professional service organizations ranging from start-ups to Big 4 firms. She is passionate about learning new business areas, developing creative solutions for business enhancement, and building solid and strategic RM teams. Ligia has been with Baker Tilly for 2 years, and in her Sr. Manager role she has built and led the Consulting Services RM team and recently took on a challenge to lead the Tax RM team. Her biggest lesson through her RM career is that resilience is a must and change is the only constant.

In her free time, Ligia is pursuing her Masters in HR Development (graduating Spring/24) and enjoys reading, traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. One of her favorite quotes is, “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn.

He currently oversees a first-class team who manage the allocation and redeployment of approximately 1000+ consultants worldwide, all while performing high-volume demand management and capacity planning responsibilities. He has a depth of experience in process efficiency, engagement lifecycle support, business operations, data analytics and quality control. Gary is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) and holds qualifications in Business Management & Psychology.
