Ryan is the Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute. With specific expertise in Global Resource Management, Ryan was an early adopter and implementer of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the resource management discipline is central to his role leading this important industry institute. Prior to leading the RMI, Ryan spent several years leading the Training practice at RTM Consulting, a role he maintains today, and as a consultant, helping clients accelerate growth and implement operational best practices, delivery methodologies and Just-in-Time Resourcing®. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Information Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Management from Ball State University.

Greg Hensley

Greg is a Director for the Resource Management Institute and brings over 20 years of enterprise software leadership experience building professional service offers and delivery teams that span the healthcare, mortgage, and financial services markets. Prior to joining the RMI, Greg served as Resource Management Director at ICE Mortgage Technology where he developed the RMO and managed the resource partner network. He is now a lead instructor of the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Greg holds a Master’s in Information Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources and Information Technology Management from Ball State University.

Martha Arias-Webster
Resource Management Leader and RMI Advisory Board MemberMartha Arias-Webster is a Resource Management Leader and member of the RMI Advisory Board. She has over 17 years of experience working in the areas of Project and Portfolio Management, Business Operations, as well as Resource Management. Across the past 8 years, Martha has been laser focused on Resource Management, launching three RMOs across the areas of IT , Product Development, and Nonprofit/Professional Services. In her current role, Martha oversees the Resource Management function for 200-300 resources. Martha is passionate about RM adoption strategies, including partnering with business partners to standardize processes, launching enabling technologies, displaying the benefits of resource planning and forecasting, and ensuring effective training to drive adoption. Martha holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in addition to her RMCP®, Advanced RMCP®, and PMP® certifications.

Nick Cochran

Nick is a Director for the Resource Management Institute and brings over 15 years of experience in services strategy, operations, delivery, and management. He has led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, consulting, training development and delivery, and managed services. Nick was an early adopter of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions, was a student in the first-ever RMCP® class in 2014 and is now a lead instructor for the program. A frequent speaker at RMGS and other industry associations, Nick holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from Anderson University.

Julie Grove

Julie Grove is a seasoned leader in Resource and Workforce Management. With over 30 years of experience spanning EdTech, Big Tech, K–12, and Higher Education, she is known for her empathetic leadership style, focusing on empowering teams while aligning strategy, capacity, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. Julie is recognized for elevating Resource Management from a traditional support function into a trusted strategic partner. Over the past decade, she has led multiple RMO transformations, including restarting an established RMO to strengthen governance and processes, creating an RMO from the ground up, and centralizing a previously decentralized RMO. Julie believes Resource Managers serve as the critical bridge between project success and team well‑being, fostering trust and respect across stakeholders. Beth Hunter

Beth Hunter is the Resource Experience Management (REM) Leader at Rehmann, responsible for building and scaling the firm’s centralized scheduling function, aligning right-person, right-project, right-time outcomes that support business growth and professional development across the firm. Prior to joining Rehmann, Beth spent a decade at a Big 4 firm, where she led national resource management for a team of over 260 consultants in the Business Design practice. Beth is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® and an advocate for people-first leadership. She was a featured guest on the Unboxing Humans podcast and is known for championing collaboration, transparency, and accountability as drivers of team and client success. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryan College and joined Rehmann in 2023.

Amanda Marshall

Amanda Marshall is a Sr Director leading the Global Capacity and Resource Management team at Grant Thornton. Most recently, she led and delivered the global implementation of Dayshape, the firm’s resource and engagement management platform, deploying it to 9,000 users across Audit, Tax and Advisory in the US and India.
Amanda has worked for Grant Thornton for over 10 years. She started at Grant Thornton building and leading the Audit Capacity & Resource Management function. Prior to joining GT, she worked at other Big 4 and professional services firms including IBM and PwCC supporting various consulting business lines in capacity & resource management. Amanda has 30 years of experience in global operations focusing on capacity and resource management including utilization and headcount management, workforce planning, organizational development, business process improvement contingent workforce management and talent acquisition experience. She has a passion for leading and developing teams through change helping to grow individuals in both their work and personal lives.
Prior to her business operations experience, Amanda worked at Deloitte & Touche as a senior auditor.

Megan Monaco

Megan Monaco is the Audit Operations Senior Manager at KSM, where she leads audit resource management strategy, having joined the firm in January 2026. She brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations align their people and priorities, with a focus on workforce planning, utilization, and building staffing strategies that support both business performance and employee growth. Megan is passionate about helping organizations achieve their financial goals while creating a more engaging, inclusive employee experience, and she is a strong advocate for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Throughout her career, Megan has led resource management teams that have supported up to 1200+ population size and partnered closely with firm leadership to solve complex staffing challenges, improve processes, and drive more informed talent decisions at both a local and global level. Her experience spans Big 4 and top 10 public accounting firms as well as IT staffing organizations. She has led teams across the U.S. and internationally—from Hyderabad, India to Sacramento, California—bringing a collaborative, people-first approach to every team she supports. She also has experience in recruitment, contingent workforce management, human resources, staffing software sales, and operations and brings a unique lens to resource management teams to provide creative solutions and processes while staying in compliance with important policies. Megan resides with her husband, Jim, and Australian Shepherd, Lola, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Mattias Neborg

Mattias Neborg is the Global Resource Management Lead for Siemens Digital Industries Software, where he drives resource management practices across a global professional services organization supporting more than 3,000 resources and over 4,000 active projects worldwide.
Over the last two decades, Mattias has held senior leadership roles within Siemens Digital Industries Software and other global leaders in industrial software for designing, building and operating some of the world’s most complex products.
Having worked across consulting, services sales, delivery operations, organizational leadership and resource management, he brings a broad perspective on the challenges of balancing customer demand, workforce capabilities and business priorities at scale in large global matrix organizations.
