Randy MysliviecManaging Director
Randy Mysliviec is Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Acknowledged by industry sources as an expert in Global Resource Management (GRM), Randy is the author and innovator of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the disciplines of resource management and workforce management are central to his latest role leading this important industry institute.
Prior to founding RTM Consulting and the RMI, Randy was SVP, Consulting and Professional Services for Convergys, successfully managing and growing a multi-hundred million dollar business with 1,600 employees in 31 countries across six continents. At that time, Convergys was a leading provider of customer care, employee care, and information management solutions for the communications, finance, healthcare, government, and retail industries. During his 39 year career Randy has worked in numerous other human capital intensive businesses including 18 years with IBM where he began his career.
Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
Ryan ChildersPractice Leader, Training
Ryan Childers is the Training Practice Leader for RTM Consulting. Ryan brings over 14 years of experience in PS strategy, operations, delivery and management in technology services.
Prior to joining RTM Consulting, Ryan spent several years at Ontario Systems, where he served in a variety of leadership positions in Professional Services and corporate strategy, including Director of Client Services, Sr. Service Practice Manager and Sr. Delivery Manager. While at Ontario Systems, Ryan implemented operational best practices, delivery methodologies and balanced scorecard. He also led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, custom development and managed services.
His professional experience also includes working in systems deployment at Accenture and serving as an instructor in Information Systems and Operations Management at Ball State University. Ryan holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and BS in Management from Ball State University.
Thomas MeredithVice President, Marketing
Thomas Meredith is the Vice President of Marketing for RTM Consulting. Thomas brings over 20 years of extensive experience with all aspects of marketing programs and communications.
Prior to joining RTM Consulting, Thomas was the Online Marketing Director for Superior Access, the nation’s leading online insurance wholesaler of products and services for the P&C industry. Thomas was responsible for all corporate communications and brand management, and drove the development and implementation of marketing strategies that resulted in accelerated sales growth and profitability for the wholesale insurance distribution leader. Prior to his time with Superior Access, Thomas managed marketing communications for QuickArrow, a Professional Services Automation (PSA) provider. While there, he cultivated more than 50 ongoing, reciprocal relationships in the Professional Services space while managing the company’s PR and analyst relations.
Thomas earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with a B.S. in Communications
Victoria MatsukevichDirector, Business Operations
Victoria Matsukevich is the Director of Business Operations for RTM Consulting. Victoria brings over 10 years of experience in business operations, project management, finance, and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining RTM Consulting, Victoria was a Senior Business Manager at a management consulting firm where she was responsible for business operations and quality assurance. She also directed financial operations and participated in the firm’s strategic planning and budget formulations. Victoria’s professional experience also includes comprehensive project and client relationships management. She led efforts of managing projects from inception to delivery and acted as the central point of contact for project-related activities. Victoria also administered and managed various personality assessment systems and developed a custom in-house 360 feedback survey.
Victoria holds an MBA from the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University.
