Advisory Board Mission
The RMI established an Advisory Board comprised of resource and workforce management experts across geographic markets and services disciplines in which the RMI is targeting. The Advisory Board meets monthly and provides a range of input and advice to the RMI regarding its’ plans, activities, continued process innovation and development, RMCP® curriculum input and more. The Advisory Board continues to provide valuable input to the ongoing task of building the resource and workforce management community the Institute serves.
Bob Blackburn is the Project Delivery Manager for Henny Penny Corporation where he has centralized the Project and Resource Management functions for Enterprise IT, Facilities and Manufacturing. He currently leads the implementation of Resource Management in the New Product Development and Engineering organizations. Bob has more than 15 years of hands-on project management experience in organizations of various sizes and has led complex business projects as well as the development of PMOs in various companies. Bob holds an MBA from Wright State University and a BS in Decision Science from Miami University. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, he earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
Kimberly Carrieri is the Americas Theater Lead for Resource and Skills Management at Dell EMC. Kimberly’s team spans North America, South America and India. She has been with Dell EMC for approximately 12 years and has held several positions including Project Management, Residency Management and Technical Delivery Management. Kimberly holds an MBA from Averett University, a BS in Dietetics from Virginia Tech, and is PMP certified. Executing upon the company’s strategy and identified Resource Management initiatives, optimizing utilization via proper bench management, driving backlog, partner management, meeting Dell EMC internal/external stakeholder expectations, as well as honoring and promoting Dell EMC Culture Code are what drive her and her team every day.
Rob Dal Bianco is responsible for Resource Management within North America for Diebold Nixdorf Professional Services. With over 10 years of Resource Management experience, Rob was responsible for implementing the Resource Management Office within Diebold Nixdorf and continuing to drive efficiencies throughout the organization. He has over 30 years of IT and Professional Services experience supporting clients in Automotive and Banking. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State College.
MariaElena DiPilla is a Global Resource Manager for Public Sector and Commercial accounts in which she assists in the execution of identified workforce initiatives that result in increased productivity for the company. She works with business leaders on fulfillment strategy, optimization of utilization, and bench management and leads the staffing process for sales pursuits. MariaElena holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University and a BS in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Millersville University.
Mike is an enterprise resource manager at The Cincinnati Insurance Company (CIC). As an insurance industry veteran with 21 years of experience, he previously served as an underwriter, project manager, program manager and group manager overseeing business analysts. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.
Director, Platform Solutions & Services, Enterprise Operations, Linium
Sara Lewis is the Director of Enterprise Operations at Linium, providing strategic direction for delivery oversight, onboarding, partner management, and resourcing. Sara has over 15 years of experience in Professional Services within the Technology industry. Sara was one of the first resource managers to become a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® and continues to engage in the resource management community through forum interaction, article contribution and panelist participation at the annual Resource Management Global Symposium.
Lloyd Norman is a Senior Vice President and the Senior Planning and Delivery Services Manager for resource planning at Zions Bancorporation. Lloyd has led professional services and enterprise IT project delivery organizations for over 25 years, supporting clients from aerospace, DOD, finance, and technology industries. Lloyd believes that people are the key to delivering value and mitigating risk for any business initiative. Lloyd holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma along with PMP®, CSM®, and RMCP® certifications.
RMO Senior Manager, Informatica
Ale Pacheco is the RMO Senior Manager of Informatica Professional Services. She was responsible for implementing the Global Resource Management Office at Informatica. Ale has helped the PS organization by establishing operational processes and governance, providing strategic direction and successfully managing and guiding the worldwide resource management team. Ale holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Catholic University of Salvador-Brazil and a certification in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse from UC Berkeley.
IT Resource Management Lead, Alberta Health Services
April Toyota is the Information Technology Resource Management Lead at Alberta Health Services. Across diverse industries ranging from oil and gas to government, April has gained experience managing resources from both in-house and professional service perspectives. She understands the common themes and unique resource management challenges each industry faces. As a board member, April welcomes the opportunity to enable organizations to effectively manage their most important assets.
Molly Wilde is a resource capacity management professional currently consulting at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC, where she supports the product development and operations organizations. Molly specializes in the theory and application of topics such as skills inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and process governance in complex project environments. She received her resource management certification (RMCP®) from the Resource Management Institute in 2015. Prior to Upsher-Smith, Molly was part of the Portfolio Management Office for the Medtronic Restorative Therapies Group.
Marc Lacroix is a Managing Partner of RTM Consulting with a proven track record in achieving Professional Services organizational growth and operations improvements in a variety of companies. Marc has specific expertise in delivery methodology development, resource management and balanced scorecards. Marc holds an MBA from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida, and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.
Managing Director, RMI
Randy Mysliviec is Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Acknowledged by industry sources as an expert in Global Resource Management, Randy is the author and innovator of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the disciplines of resource management and workforce management are central to his latest role leading the RMI. Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
