Advisory Board Mission
The RMI established an Advisory Board comprised of resource and workforce management experts across geographic markets and services disciplines in which the RMI is targeting. The Advisory Board meets monthly and provides a range of input and advice to the RMI regarding its’ plans, activities, continued process innovation and development, RMCP® curriculum input and more. The Advisory Board continues to provide valuable input to the ongoing task of building the resource and workforce management community the Institute serves.
Bob BlackburnDirector of PMO, Henny Penny
Bob Blackburn is the Director of the Enterprise PMO at Henny Penny Corporation where he has centralized the Project and Resource Management functions for Product Development, Enterprise IT, and Operations. He currently leads the implementation of Resource Management in the New Product Development and Engineering organizations. Bob has more than 15 years of hands-on project management experience in organizations of various sizes and has led complex business projects as well as the development of PMOs in various companies. Bob holds an MBA from Wright State University and a BS in Decision Science from Miami University. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, he earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
Kimberly CarrieriDirector, Americas Resource & Skills Management, Dell EMC
Kimberly Carrieri is the Director, Americas Resource and Skills Management at Dell EMC. Kimberly’s team spans North America, South America and India. She has been with Dell EMC for approximately 12 years and has held several positions including Project Management, Residency Management and Technical Delivery Management. Kimberly holds an MBA from Averett University, a BS in Dietetics from Virginia Tech, and is RMCP® and PMP certified. Executing upon the company’s strategy and identified Resource Management initiatives, optimizing utilization via proper bench management, driving backlog, partner management, meeting Dell EMC internal/external stakeholder expectations, as well as honoring and promoting Dell EMC Culture Code are what drive her and her team every day.
Michael LaneIT Director Resource Management, The Cincinnati Insurance Company
Mike is the IT Director Resource Management at The Cincinnati Insurance Company (CIC). As an insurance industry veteran with 21 years of experience, he previously served as an underwriter, project manager, program manager and group manager overseeing business analysts. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.
Kieran MarkhamEMEA Resourcing Director, Teradata
Kieran Markham is the EMEA Resourcing Director for Teradata. He comes from a project management background in the Big Data space working on, at the time, the largest Real-Time Data ingestion with Kafka for a betting company. Over the last four years he has used his experience as a project manager to tackle the world of resource management first across EMEA and APAC and now solely EMEA where he looks after a team of RMs from across Europe. Kieran has improved the demand forecasting, bench management/reporting and skills inventory across Teradata EMEA and is pushing these ideas globally to make sure other regions have the same standard. Kieran is RMCP® certified, a certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner.
Claudia MorenoRMO Manager, SweetRush
Claudia Moreno is the RMO Manager at SweetRush, an e-Learning agency. She has centralized and consolidated the Resource Management functions for the company, providing strategic planning to optimize the teams performance for in-house and professional services. With more than 13 years experience in advertising, strategy, planning and management in the marketing and digital advertising industry, she understands the challenges and needs of Resource Management for the agency market. Claudia holds an MBA in Marketing, an associate degree in Strategic Control of Organizational Management and has an RMCP® certification.
Chris NakovicsGlobal Resource Management Leader, ServiceNow
Chris Nakovics is the Customer Outcomes Global Resource Management Leader at ServiceNow, responsible for strategic resource management, business process operations and shared services. Chris has more than 15 years of expertise focused on advancing the discipline of resource management, implementing partner frameworks, enhancing and accelerating skills development, as well as, continuous process improvements. Chris holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Dowling College and a BBA from Hofstra University, along with his RMCP® certification.
Lloyd NormanSVP, Senior Planning and Delivery Services Manager, Zions Bancorporation
Lloyd Norman is a Senior Vice President and the Senior Planning and Delivery Services Manager for resource planning at Zions Bancorporation. Lloyd has led professional services and enterprise IT project delivery organizations for over 25 years, supporting clients from aerospace, DOD, finance, and technology industries. Lloyd believes that people are the key to delivering value and mitigating risk for any business initiative. Lloyd holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma along with PMP®, CSM®, and RMCP® certifications.
Orlando QuesadaIT Capacity & Resource Planning Manager, UKG
Orlando Quesada is a Capacity & Resource Planning Manager at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) where he supports the Enterprise IT organization. Orlando has over 18 years of project, portfolio, and program management experience in the utilities and human resources industries. He has also worked extensively to help implement and increase adoption of the PPM tool across IT and standardize processes and best practices within the Resource Management Office. In addition to PMP® and RMCP® certifications, Orlando holds an MBA from Barry University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.

April Toyota is the Information Technology Resource Management Lead at Alberta Health Services. Across diverse industries ranging from oil and gas to government, April has gained experience managing resources from both in-house and professional service perspectives. She understands the common themes and unique resource management challenges each industry faces. As a board member, April welcomes the opportunity to enable organizations to effectively manage their most important assets.
Gary WardDirector, Global Resource Staffing, Guidewire Software
Gary Ward is the founding member and Director of a centralized Resource Management Office at Guidewire Software, Inc. Since beginning as the first Resource Staffing Manager for the company, he is now leading a global team of RMs who support the Professional Services Business across AMER, EMEA & APAC. He currently oversees a first-class team who manage the allocation and redeployment of approximately 1000+ consultants worldwide, all while performing high-volume demand management and capacity planning responsibilities. He has a depth of experience in process efficiency, engagement lifecycle support, business operations, data analytics and quality control. Gary is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) and holds qualifications in Business Management & Psychology.
Jodi WardManager, Resource Management Office, Esri Professional Services
Jodi Ward, RMCP®, has over 10 years of experience with Esri, the global market leader in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS). As Manager of Esri’s Resource Management Office, she worked to stand up the Resource Management function within the Professional Services division, and leads a team of 5 in effectively deploying their dynamic workforce of over 500 GIS experts, to support customers around the world in implementing and realizing the full value of the Esri Platform within their organization. In addition, the team supports development of their people and execution of Professional Services’ strategic business priorities. Jodi also works as part of the Esri Professional Services Automation System (PSA) implementation team, responsible for evaluation, selection, implementation and championing of their Kimble PSA platform.
Molly WildeResource Capacity Consultant, Upsher-Smith Laboratories
Molly Wilde is a resource capacity management professional currently consulting at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC, where she supports the product development and operations organizations. Molly specializes in the theory and application of topics such as skills inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and process governance in complex project environments. She received her resource management certification (RMCP®) from the Resource Management Institute in 2015. Prior to Upsher-Smith, Molly was part of the Portfolio Management Office for the Medtronic Restorative Therapies Group.
Ryan ChildersPractice Leader, Training
Ryan Childers is Director of the Resource Management Institute and the Training Practice Leader for RTM Consulting. Ryan brings over 14 years of experience in PS strategy, operations, delivery and management in technology services. He has led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, custom development and managed services. Ryan holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and BS in Management from Ball State University where he also serves as an instructor in Information Systems and Operations Management.
Randy MysliviecManaging Director
Randy Mysliviec is Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Acknowledged by industry sources as an expert in Global Resource Management, Randy is the author and innovator of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the disciplines of resource management and workforce management are central to his latest role leading the RMI. Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
