Advisory Board Mission
The RMI established an Advisory Board comprised of resource and workforce management experts across geographic markets and services disciplines in which the RMI is targeting. The Advisory Board meets monthly and provides a range of input and advice to the RMI regarding its’ plans, activities, continued process innovation and development, RMCP® curriculum input and more. The Advisory Board continues to provide valuable input to the ongoing task of building the resource and workforce management community the Institute serves.

Martha Arias-Webster
Sr. Director, Resource Management, JFFMartha Arias is a Sr. Director of Resource Management at JFF, a Nonprofit which drives transformation of the American workforce and Education systems to achieve equitable economic advancement for all. She has over 17 years of experience working in the areas of Project and Portfolio Management, Business Operations, as well as Resource Management. Across the past 8 years, Martha has been laser focused on Resource Management, launching three RMOs across the areas of IT , Product Development, and Nonprofit/Professional Services. In her current role, Martha oversees the Resource Management function for 200-300 resources. Martha is passionate about RM adoption strategies, including partnering with business partners to standardize processes, launching enabling technologies, displaying the benefits of resource planning and forecasting, and ensuring effective training to drive adoption. Martha holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in addition to her RMCP®, Advanced RMCP®, and PMP® certifications.

Gary Becker
Global RMO LeaderGary Becker has been a Resource Manager at AWS Professional Services for six years. AWS provides deep expertise in the architecture, design, development, and implementation of cloud computing initiatives that result in real business outcomes for customers. He has more than 25 years of professional services experience in resource management, operations, finance, and delivery. Gary created and led the AWS Resource Management department as they deployed the RM mechanism globally. He earned an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He also holds a RMCP certification and is a former Certified Public Accountant. Gary is also a volunteer mentor to more than 25 small business owners.

David Binnings
Sr. Director, GTM Services Strategy and Operations, DocuSignDavid Binnings is the Sr. Director, GTM Services Strategy and Operations for DocuSign supporting the Professional Services and Customer Success organization. With over 20 years’ experience in Professional Services and Support spanning across various industries, he has held positions in Leadership, Resource Management, Program/Project Management, Operations, and Consulting. These unique perspectives have allowed David to build and transform Resource Management organizations to meet the ever-changing landscape of today’s Services businesses. David has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration, and holds both PMP® and RMCP® certifications.

Beth Hunter
Resource Experience Management (REM) Leader, RehmannBeth Hunter is the Resource Experience Management (REM) Leader at Rehmann, responsible for building and scaling the firm’s centralized scheduling function, aligning right-person, right-project, right-time outcomes that support business growth and professional development across the firm. Prior to joining Rehmann, Beth spent a decade at a Big 4 firm, where she led national resource management for a team of over 260 consultants in the Business Design practice. Beth is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® and an advocate for people-first leadership. She was a featured guest on the Unboxing Humans podcast and is known for championing collaboration, transparency, and accountability as drivers of team and client success. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryan College and joined Rehmann in 2023.

Kerrie Kilford
Head of Resource Operations, QinetiQ UKKerrie Kilford is the Head of Resource Operations for QinetiQ UK. Kerrie has over 20 years’ experience working across Project and Programme Management, Technical Business Operations and Resource Management and has been leading the resourcing and workforce planning team as part of Resourcing Operations for the past 6 years. This incorporates the implementation of career and competency frameworks, establishing an accredited Resource Operations function and leading a team responsible for the deployment and allocation of approximately 2500 engineers, scientists and technicians along with planning and scheduling of many facilities across a multitude of sites. She is also part of a team leading the rollout and implementation of an Enterprise Resourcing tool across QinetiQ UK. Kerrie is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) along with Advanced RMCP®, is APMP qualified and holds an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.

Michael Lane
IT Director Resource Management, The Cincinnati Insurance CompanyMike Lane is the IT Director Resource Management at The Cincinnati Insurance Company (CIC). As an insurance industry veteran with 21 years of experience, he previously served as an underwriter, project manager, program manager and group manager overseeing business analysts. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.

Guy Marsh
Global Head of Resource Management, ShellGuy Marsh is the Global Head of Resource Management at Shell. He is an experienced Resource Management professional, with experiences across a diverse range of industries notably, IT, Legal and Communications. Guy pioneered the development of using Technology to support effective Resource Management decisions that was rolled out worldwide for 3 multi-national blue chip companies. He is a firm believer in driving outcomes through a collaboration and authentic leadership.

Chris Nakovics
Director, Global Technical Services RMO, Palo Alto NetworksChris Nakovics is the Director, Technical Services Resource Management Office (RMO) at Palo Alto Networks. Palo Alto Networks is the global cybersecurity leader, committed to making each day safer than the one before with industry-leading, AI-powered solutions in network security, cloud security and security operations. Chris has more than two decades of experience in Resource Management, Operations, and Delivery, specifically in Professional Services and Customer Support. His expertise encompasses establishing robust partner frameworks, fostering significant skills development initiatives, and implementing continuous process improvements. He holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Dowling College, a BBA from Hofstra University, and an RMCP® certification.

Dr. Daniel Nicklass
Head of Business Excellence, AutodeskDaniel Nicklass is a seasoned leader in Business Excellence and Global Resource Management at Autodesk Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience in professional services. From the buildings we live in and work in, to the cars we drive and the bridges we drive over to the movies that inspire us, Autodesk software helps its customers design and make a better world for all.
Daniel pioneered and globalized Resource Management practices at Autodesk and was part of the pilot class for the RMCP certification back in 2014. Throughout his tenure, Daniel has been instrumental in significantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Autodesk Consulting’s operations.
Before joining Autodesk, Daniel served as an air quality scientist at the University of Stuttgart, where he leveraged machine learning technologies to advance predictive modelling of air pollution. Daniel holds a master’s degree in Geography and a PhD in Natural Sciences.

Christine Thomas
Managing Director, Complementary Workforce and Alignment Group, Forvis MazarsChristine Thomas is the Managing Director of Complementary Workforce and Talent Alignment at Forvis Mazars, a top 10 CPA Firm. In her current role, Christine is focused on building and leading a dedicated Resource Management team, providing strategic support in deploying talent across Assurance, Tax and Consulting practices and oversees teams both onshore and offshore to provide alternative staffing solutions. Prior to joining her current firm, Christine spent a decade with a national accounting firm where she served as a tax professional as well as serving in a variety of internal client service functions including financial operations and capacity and resource management. Christine holds a Master’s of Accounting from Kennesaw State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®).

Gary Ward
Head of Outsourced Professional Services, MewsWith over 20 years of experience in Business Operations management, Gary is a recognized leader in the field of Resource Management. RMCP® certified, he has served three terms as an advisory board member and is a regular contributor and speaker on the topics of resource optimization, delivery efficiency, and operational scaling. Previously the founding member and Global Director of a centralized Resource Management Office (RMO) within an embedded Professional Services organization at a leading SaaS company, he played a pivotal role in aligning delivery capabilities with strategic business outcomes. He now serves as the Head of Outsourced Professional Services at Mews, a hospitality cloud platform designed to streamline hotel operations, automate workflows, and enhance guest experiences. In this role, he is responsible for building scalable partner delivery programs that ensure seamless implementation and long-term client success.

Nick Cochran
Practice Leader, RTM ConsultingNick Cochran is a Practice Leader with RTM Consulting. Nick brings over 15 years of experience in PS strategy, operations, delivery, and management in technology services. He has led teams responsible for technology and industry consulting, enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, and managed services. Nick was an early adopter of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions and was in the first-ever RMCP® class in 2014. Nick is a lead instructor for the Training Practice which includes teaching classes for the RMCP® certification program. Nick holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from Anderson University.
