Resource Management Institute shares how to place the right person with the right skills in the right place at the right time for an efficient and effective IT services operation
Cincinnati, June 28, 2018: Every year roughly a third of all IT projects fail because of inadequate resource management as IT professionals struggle to meet budgets, timelines and quality standards. The Resource Management Institute (RMI) will tackle this issue during its first Resource Management Global Symposium Oct. 3rd – 4th at the Dallas Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas, Texas.
The two-day Symposium will bring together resource management experts from around the globe to share resource execution tips and best practices that will help IT professionals identify and apply the right skills, in the right place, at the right time for project-based work in enterprise/IT services.
