A recent RMI study confirmed the growing war for talent noting that 95% of companies report finding talent is a challenge with 35% of companies reporting finding talent was difficult to very difficult. We are monitoring the situation closely and will follow recommendations of the CDC and other Federal, State and Local authorities. At this time, we are still planning to hold the event as scheduled. Should we have to move the event date, we are working on a backup schedule tentatively planned for May/2021.
